Here’s an extra blessing for you this week: Click here to see Rachel Lorance’s video of me on the high ropes swing as mentioned in the video. I know you wanted to see! Now, on to the important stuff…
Have you ever thought about writing a mission statement for yourself or your family? Several years ago when our children were younger, we wrote a mission statement for our family:
“The Woodruff family exists to love God, to serve and respect one another, and share Christ with everyone we meet.”
We did that well sometimes and not so well at other times! However, it was a goal for our family.
If you’ve never written a mission statement, perhaps you might consider writing a one. Paul’s mission statement was clear, he knew that God’s will for him was to make God’s message fully known. It drove everything he did and when he went through those times of suffering, it’s what motivated him to keep on keeping on!
Our challenge this week:
- Maybe you already have a mission statement. If so, would you share it in the comment section below? If not, maybe consider writing one this week!
- Memorize Colossians 1:27
Praying for you! Please invite your friends to join us. This study is meant to enable people to join us at any point!
Love,

I am so inspired to create a mission statement for our family … hopefully I will be back here to share it soon! What a great thing for Jason and I to get to do/decide together. Love it!

My “life motto”: To truly love God above all else which allows us to truly love and serve others in love. We have been given a responsibility to speak up for those with no voice and show them the hope that in in Christ Jesus.
I do appreciate this weekly encouragement to rejoice in suffering and hardship for the sake of the Gospel!
